Peanuts powder sieving – SF1200-2S – Israel

Requirement:

1. Manual feeding;

2. Moveable required;

3. Requirement in use space, the machine should be higher than 1150mm;

4. There are three conveyor tube on the ground (440mm height), every outlet should link with his conveyor tube stabled on the ground;

5. The company used vibrating sieve machine (SF600-2S) to handle peanuts powder, they need a bigger machine to rise their capacity.

Challenge: Peanuts powder is oily, hence it will blocks the screens.

Solution: After a brief discussion over e-mail with the company project manager Ms. Nicky, we suggest them to add bounce balls to decrease the blocks issue, we make two videos about machine handle peanuts powder with and without the balls, and customized the machine according to other requirements, we decrease the height of the bottom barrel and increase height of the top outlet to ensure the flexible pipes can link, and add several flexible pipes to connect with their conveyor. And add another screen for them for spare.
